
The Organizational Wellspring presents Organization Science papers from the last three years organized into distinct research streams. We will also feature some of our favorite emergent papers from other journals in our field and others. Our goal is to provide a dynamic knowledge base spotlighting the newest advances in theory and evidence while enabling a diverse set of new scholars to showcase their work. The canon of our field should be ever-changing, advancing theory and policy rather than simply enshrining the best work of yesterday. We hope you’ll read and cite these newer works and the advances, updates, and even corrections they proffer, while updating your doctoral readings to represent the state of the art and the state of the Academy.
